The 1st China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition was grandly held in Zhuhai from November 5 to 10, 1996. Our company designed and constructed the on-site broadcasting studio, which delivered sound technical conditions and transmission environment for the global live broadcast of the airshow.
Owing to intense on-site noise, normal live announcement could not be realized. The organizer entrusted our company to tackle this technical challenge. After technical demonstration and tests, we adopted our patented products — sound-absorbing and sound-insulating wall panels and ceiling systems to renovate the space. The structure achieved excellent sound absorption and insulation performance, providing effective technical support for the smooth running of the first Zhuhai Airshow.
Over 1,500 journalists from news agencies, television stations, radio stations, newspapers and magazines covered the event. They represented 333 media organizations across 16 countries and regions. An estimated global audience of more than 1.5 billion watched and listened to coverage of the airshow via news media. The event showcased China’s stature as a major aviation and aerospace nation to the world and achieved remarkable social and economic benefits. Our technical support and efforts for the airshow won high recognition and praise from the organizer afterwards.
